Auto Tasks: Task was not updated when the reservation has changed

When you schedule Auto Tasks to start per a reservation's check-in or check-out, any update made to the reservation's check-in or check-out schedule, will update the Auto Task's schedule accordingly.

However, if you manually change a schedule-related parameters of a task, such as switching between "Specific" to "Flexible" time frames, any future changes made to the reservation's check-in or check-out schedule will no longer sync the task's schedule. For example:

  • If you change "Specific time" from "Start date" to "Start time".
  • If you change "Flexible time frame", from "Can start from" date or time to "Must finish before" date or time.
