Configuring a listing to follow account settings for cleaning status automations

Use cleaning status automations to stay on top of your property's current status without having to ask your team for an update. You can set up default automations for your entire account, and they will apply to listings that are set to use account settings. Follow the instructions below to make sure a listing follows account settings.

Since we are still deploying our new dashboard, follow the instructions for "Legacy navigation" if your search bar is in a blue line above the top navigation bar.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties
  4. Click the relevant listing:
  5. In the listing's menu, click Settings.
  6. Under "Cleaning status", make sure the Status automation toggle is on.
  7. Under "Status automation", make sure the Use account settings is checked.
  8. Click Save.
