Set the maximum number of nights a property can be reserved during a calendar year. You can apply this limit to every year or just the remainder of the current year. Guesty notifies you and blocks the calendar for the rest of the year once you reach the limit.
Check the number of nights booked against your limit directly in the calendar.
Important:
A listing is blocked only after it exceeds the annual night limit. For example, if your limit is 60 nights and you have 58 nights booked, you might still receive an instant book reservation for more than two days.
Follow these steps to set a limit for a property:
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant property.
- If the property is a multi-unit, you can manage this feature via the multi-unit's main unit, and the settings will apply to all its sub-units. Alternatively, you can configure the settings for a specific sub-unit. Click the main unit or the specific sub-unit.
- In the property page, click Calendar, and select Availability settings.
- Next to "Listing availability", click Edit.
- Under "Maximum nights per year", switch on the Annual night limit toggle.
- Select For all years or For remainder of the year
- Use the upward or downward arrows to set the desired limitations.
- Click Save.
When you add a limit to a multi-unit main unit, a pop-up asks if it should apply to all sub-units. Click Yes or No.
