View your company’s earnings at any time in the PMC earning report located in the Posting Journal. You have the option to download the report as a CSV file and reverse an entry directly from this report if needed. Read more below.
Viewing the PMC earning report
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar click the mode selector and select Accounting mode.
- Click General ledger and select Posting journal.
- In the top left-corner of the page, click Posting journal and then All.
- Select "PMC earning report".
- To export the report as a CSV, click CSV in the top-right corner of the page.
The PMC earning report shows the following information:
- Journal entry date
- Journal entry description
- Ledger
- Guest
- Vendor
- Owner
- Amount
Tip:
Customize your report by adding extra columns. Click on Columns in the upper right-hand corner of the report to see the extra column options.
Reversing an entry in the PMC earning report
If you want to reverse an entry found in the report, follow the steps below. Please note that reversing a journal entry will automatically reverse its related entries.
Step by step:
- Click on the three-dot menu at the end of the relevant row.
- Click Reverse.
- If needed, write a reason for the reversal in the comments section.
- Click Reverse.
