Importing Guest review history isn't supported. Guesty can only import reviews for reservations that were created in Guesty — meaning not all Airbnb listing reviews will be shown.
You can use Guesty's Auto Reviews feature to automate the process of posting guest reviews for your Airbnb reservations. Once both your review and the guest's review are submitted, you will be able to see the guest's review of their stay. However, their review will only be visible if the feature is turned on for the relevant listing.
If you are missing a guest review, check if the Auto Reviews feature is active on the relevant listing. Once activated, the review should appear in Guesty.
