Once an Airbnb account is disconnected from Guesty, you can reconnect it to that same Guesty account or a new one. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
- To the right of the account that was disconnected, click Disconnected:
- To reconnect the account to its original Guesty account, select Connect from the drop-down.
- To connect the account to a new Guesty account, select Remove from the drop-down and follow our usual instructions for connecting an Airbnb account.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels
- Select Airbnb from the dropdown menu.
- In account that was disconnected, click Reconnect the account at any time.
