Changing Airbnb check-in instructions

You can update the check-in instructions for Airbnb listings in Guesty.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
3. Click Properties.
4. Click the relevant listing.
5. In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
6. From the drop-down menu, click Reservation policies.
7. Under the "Check-in and check-out policy" section, click Edit.
8. Scroll down to the "Arrival instructions" section.
   To trigger “Self check-in” in your Airbnb listing’s description, you must select one of the following under the "Entry instructions" section in Guesty:
   • The keys are at the reception
   • They keys are in a lock box
   • There’s a door code
     
9. Fill in the relevant information.
10. Click Save.
