Use the cleaning status to make sure you and your team stay on top of your property's current status without having to ask for an update. You can set up cleaning status automations, or update the status manually.
You can update a listing's cleaning status manually via the Multi Calendar, or the Properties page (Listings page for Lite users).Follow the instructions below
Update the cleaning status via the Multi Calendar
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click.
- You can find the cleaning status on the left side of the listing's nickname, on the left pane of your screen.

To change the cleaning status, click the Listing's nickname on the left pane. The listing widget appears.
- In the listing's widget, click the dropdown under "Cleaning status".
- From the dropdown, select the relevant status.
Pilot: Update the cleaning status via the Property page (Listings page for Lite users)
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector, and select Operations mode.
- Select Properties.
- Under the relevant property's photo, click the dropdown next to "Cleaning status", and select the relevant status.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
- Under the relevant listing's photo, click the dropdown next to "Cleaning status", and select the relevant status.
Tip:
Add the "Cleaning status" column to custom reports to filter the displayed listings.
