Use the cleaning status to make sure you and your team stay on top of your property's current status without having to ask for an update. You can set up cleaning status automations for your account or listing or update the status manually. Follow the instructions below to update a listing's cleaning status manually.
Since we are still deploying our new dashboard, follow the instructions for "Legacy navigation" if your search bar is in a blue line above the top navigation bar.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing:
- For a multi-unit, access the individual sub-units to update each one separately.
- At the bottom of the listing's menu, click the drop-down under "Cleaning status".
- From the drop-down, select the relevant status.

Add the "Cleaning status" column to custom reports to filter the displayed listings.
