Use cleaning status automations to stay on top of your property's current status without having to ask your team for an update. For example, you can automatically change a listing's cleaning status after an Auto Task has been completed. Start by creating an Auto Task template. Follow the instructions below.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- For a multi-unit, access the individual sub-units to update each one separately.
- In the listing's menu, click Tasks.
- Under "Add a template", click an existing template or create a new template.
- Under "Automation upon task completion", click Select.
- From the drop-down, select the relevant option:
- Update cleaning status to clean
- Update cleaning status to waiting for inspection
- Send message to guest
- Send message to team member
- Click Save.

Once the template has been created you can set up automations.
