Changing a Listing's Cleaning Status After an Auto Task is Completed

Use cleaning status automations to stay on top of your property's current status without having to ask your team for an update. For example, you can automatically change a listing's cleaning status after an Auto Task has been completed. Start by creating an Auto Task template. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Listings.
  3. Click the relevant listing.
  4. In the listing's menu, click Tasks.
  5. Under "Add a template", click an existing template or create a new template.
  6. Under "Automation upon task completion", click Select.
  7. From the drop-down, select the relevant option:
    • Update cleaning status to clean
    • Update cleaning status to waiting for inspection
    • Send message to guest
    • Send message to team member
  8. Click Save.

Tip:

Once the template has been created you can set up automations.
