Once a Guesty listing is connected with TripAdvisor, you can change the listing's payment schedule whenever needed. Choose between "Split payment", in which guests can make a smaller up-front payment as a certain percentage, or "Full payment", where guests must make the full payment upon booking. You can also specify the number of days in which guests will need to make a payment before their quote expires. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, click Distribution.
- Click the TripAdvisor thumbnail.
- Click the relevant TripAdvisor account.
- Click the relevant listing:
- For a multi-unit, each sub-unit should be updated individually by accessing the sub-unit's settings.
- In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
- In the drop-down, click Channel payment settings.
- In the TripAdvisor section on the right-hand side, click Edit.
- Edit the relevant information.
- Click Save.
