You can delete your Auto Payment rules at any time. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing:
- For a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings. The change will be applied to the sub-units.
- In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
- Select Auto Payments from the drop-down.
- Next to the relevant rule on the right-hand side, click the Trash can icon.
- Click Save.
- In the pop-up, select Yes to remove the rule from all existing reservations, or No to keep the rule in place for existing reservations.
