Assigning a contact to a listing for Guest Communication Services

This article relates to Guesty's premium Guest Communication Services feature.

If our Guest Communication Services team has a specific question or requires approval for a certain reservation, a member of the team will be in touch. You can assign a default point of contact to each of your listings individually. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant listing. For a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings. The change will be applied to the sub-units.
  5. In the left-side menu, click Communication service.
  6. Under "Company contact", click Assign to the right of "Contact person".
  7. Assign the relevant person.
  8. Click Save.

Contact us if you want to assign a default contact person for your entire account.
