This article relates to Guesty's premium Guest Communication Services feature.
If our Guest Communication Services team has a specific question or requires approval for a certain reservation, a member of the team will be in touch. You can assign a default point of contact to each of your listings individually. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing:
- For a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings. The change will be applied to the sub-units.
- In the left-side menu, click Communication service.
- Under "Company contact", click Assign to the right of "Contact person".
- Assign the relevant person.
- Click Save.
Note:
Contact us to assign a default contact person for your entire account.
Important:
GCS is available under a paid subscription, after the Guesty Lite free trial period has ended.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Multi-Calendar icon.
- Click the relevant property to open the listing page.
- Click Calendar.
- In the left-side menu, click Communication service.
- Under "Company contact", click Assign to the right of "Contact person".
- Assign the relevant person.
- Click Save.
