Forwarding Expedia Notifications to Your Email Address

Once an Expedia property is linked to Guesty, you can enter a forwarding email address that is monitored by you to make sure you receive from Expedia notifications or emails that are not related to a specific reservation. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
  3. From the drop-down, click Distribution.
  4. Click the Expedia thumbnail.
  5. At the top of the page, to the left, click theicon.
  6. Follow the instructions in the pop-up to create a new user in Expedia Partner Central using the proxy email provided in the pop-up.
  7. In the pop-up, make sure the desired email address is entered under "Forwarding email": If an email address already appears there, you can remove it and enter a new one.
    • If needed, click Add to enter additional forwarding email addresses.
  8. Click Save.
