Setting up Default Cleaning Status Automations for Your Account

Use cleaning status automations to stay on top of your property's current status without having to ask your team for an update. You can set up default automations for your entire account, or set up specific automations for an individual listing. Follow the instructions below to set up default automations, which will automatically apply to listings that use account settings.


For new accounts, the cleaning status settings below will be on by default.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the profile icon.
  3. From the drop-down, select Account Settings.
  4. Scroll down to "Cleaning status".
  5. Turn the relevant toggles on or off and fill in any required information:
    • Mark property as dirty after check in
    • Display cleaning status in Multi-Calendar
    • Mark properties as dirty or unknown after selected period
Once a change is made, it will automatically apply to all of your listings.
