Safely lets you know who is staying in your home and provides comprehensive coverage when something goes wrong. Follow the instructions below to connect Safely to Guesty.

Copy the Guesty API Key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Setup mode.
  3. Click Integrations, then select Marketplace.
  4. On the Safely thumbnail, click Connect.
  5. In the top right corner, click Connect.
  6. Click the API Key to copy it.
  7. Click Ok.

Connect Safely With Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Safely account.
  2. Paste the API Key.

Disconnecting Listings From Safely

Please note the following if a listing is disconnected in Safely:
  • Disconnecting a listing does not delete the coverage from existing reservations.
  • Coverage will be applied based on the policy already set before disconnecting.
  • You should continue to charge for reservations that were received while the listing was connected to Safely.
  • Any reservation booked after the disconnection will not have coverage and therefore will not be charged.
