Safely

Safely lets you know who is staying in your home and provides comprehensive coverage when something goes wrong. Follow the instructions below to connect Safely to Guesty.

Copy the Guesty API key

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click
  3. Click Guesty Marketplace.
  4. Search for Safely and click Connect.
  5. At the top right, click Connect.
  6. In the pop-up, copy the API key.
  7. ClickOK.

Connect Safely with Guesty

  1. Paste the API Key into an email. 
  2. Send the email to Safely:

Disconnecting listings from Safely

When a listing is disconnected from Safely:

  • Existing reservations retain coverage based on the policy applied before disconnection. 
  • You should continue charging for reservations made while the listing was connected to Safely. 
  • Reservations booked after disconnection won’t have coverage and won’t be charged.
