- Instant book: Potential guests can reserve a property based on the availability of the listing. Once their credit card is approved, the reservation is confirmed.
- Non-instant book: Potential guests can request to reserve a property based on the availability of the listing. You will need to obtain their credit card details and confirm the reservation.

Importing reservations
- Past reservations: Reservations that were made on the booking channel and were checked in before the booking channel connected with Guesty.
- Future reservations: Reservations that were made on the booking channel but were not checked in before the booking channel connected with Guesty.

Messages from past reservation are only imported for Airbnb reservations.
Note:
Published Booking.com listings can't have reservations that were made on the booking channel (past or future), since these listings were originally created in Guesty.
The same is true for reservations that are made through the Guesty Booking Website and manual reservations.
Guesty users must create a new Misterb&b account through this link.
If you have an existing account, contact Misterb&b support to merge the accounts and transfer any future reservations to the new account created from Guesty.
