Supported listing connection types
Each channel supports different listing connection types.

Importing: Create listings in the booking channel and pull them into Guesty.

Linking: Create listings in the booking channel and in Guesty, then link them to one another.

Publishing: Create listings in Guesty and push them to the booking channel.
Booking options
There are two possible booking options:

Instant book: Guests can reserve a property instantly based on availability.

Non-instant book / request to book: Guests can request to reserve a property based on availability.

Sync time

Immediate sync: Some booking channels sync immediately for availability, prices, and communication.

Daily sync: Other data, such as taxes and special requests, may sync daily.
Importing reservations
Reservations made through the booking channel before connecting with Guesty are imported differently based on the check-in date:

Past reservations: Reservations with a check-in date in the past

Future reservations: Reservations with a check-in date in the future
Messages from past reservations are only imported for Airbnb reservations.
