Adding Your Company Logo and Description to a Booking.com Listing

You can add your logo and a description of your company to each of your Booking.com listings via Guesty. Adding this information can help you stand out from the competition, and lets you set expectations with guests. Choose whether or not to add this information per individual Booking.com listing. Follow the instructions below.

Important:

Listings can be published from Guesty to Booking.com, and existing Booking.com listings can be linked with Guesty. The logo and company description only syncs with listings that were published from Guesty to Booking.com. Learn more.

Step by step:

Before getting started, check that your logo and company description have been added in your Guesty account settings. 

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Listings.
  3. Click the relevant listing.
  4. In the listing's menu, click Marketing.
  5. Scroll down to Booking.com Additional Information.
  6. Turn the "Publish company logo to Booking.com" toggle on.
  7. Turn the "Publish company info to Booking.com" toggle on.

Note:

If the listing is a multi-unit, the "Booking.com Additional Information" section will either appear in the listing's main settings or an individual sub-unit's settings, depending on how the listing has been connected with Booking.com.
