Booking.com has improved its handling of guest invoices for reservations. Some of your existing reservations may need to be updated in Guesty to ensure that the amounts match the figures in Booking.com. Follow the instructions below to update a reservation's payment breakdown.

Sign in to your Guesty account.
From the top menu, click Reservations.
Click the relevant reservation.
Click Balance Due in the grey banner at the top of the page.
In the Guest invoice section, click Add invoice item.
Under After in the pop-up that appears, check that the relevant items are correct.
If a guest has already paid their reservation in full, you can manually take a payment or provide a refund for the difference. Have any unpaid or partially paid reservations? Taking future payments will be possible once the figures are updated.
