Encourage guests to book a longer stay by offering weekly or monthly discounts. Weekly discounts are applicable to stays of seven days or more. Follow the instructions below to set up weekly discounts.
Discounts are updated in all booking channels other than Booking.com. For Booking.com, use Promotions. Discounts are also applicable to manual reservations and reservations made through the Guesty Booking Engine.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing:
- For a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings. The change will be applied to the sub-units.
- In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
- Click Pricing from the drop-down.
- Scroll down to the "Weekly & monthly discounts" section.
- Click Edit.
- Enter the relevant number under "Weekly discount."
- Click Save.
Note:
Your monthly discount must be greater than, or equal to, your weekly discount.
Tip:
If you have created a Rate Strategy and specified that rates shouldn't be automatically lowered past a certain percentage, keep in mind that the rate can reduce even further when using length of stay discounts. Learn more.
