Ensure each and every Airbnb guest inquiry is met with a quick reply by using Guesty's Auto Response feature. Follow the instructions below to deactivate the Auto Response feature.
Important:
If you use Guesty's Guest Communication Services (GCS), you do not have to deactivate Auto Response. Even if an auto response is sent to a guest, our GCS team will still see their message and be able to handle it.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing: For a multi-unit, access the main settings. The sub-units will update automatically.
- In the listing's menu, click Automation.
- From the drop-down, select AutoResponse.
- Under Automated Response, turn off the Active toggle.
