Deactivating Auto Response

Ensure each and every Airbnb guest inquiry is met with a quick reply by using Guesty's Auto Response feature. Follow the instructions below to deactivate the Auto Response feature.

Important:

If you use Guesty's Guest Communication Services (GCS), you do not have to deactivate Auto Response. Even if an auto response is sent to a guest, our GCS team will still see their message and be able to handle it.

Pro users Lite users

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant listing: For a multi-unit, access the main settings. The sub-units will update automatically.
  5. In the listing's menu, click Automation.
  6. From the drop-down, select Auto Response.
  7. Under Automated Response, turn off the Active toggle.
