Finding your tickets sent to Customer Solutions

You can sign in to the Guesty Help Center and view your communication with the Customer Solutions team. Follow the instructions below or watch our video.

 

 

Note:

Guesty provides support in French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Step by step:

  1. Open the Guesty Help Center.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Log in.
  3. Enter your Guesty credentials and click Log in.
  4. In the top-right corner, click your initials.
  5. From the drop-down, select My activities.
  6. Under the Requests tab, you can:
    • Click on any ticket to open it.
    • Search for a ticket by term or by ticket number.
    • Filter tickets by status.
    • Toggle between "My Requests" and "Requests I'm cc'd on".
