Mobile App: Stopping an Automated Message from being sent to a guest

You can cancel the sending of a specific Automated Message to a guest through the Mobile App. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty Mobile App.
  2. From the blue banner at the bottom, tap the envelope icon.
  3. Tap the relevant message thread.
  4. At the top right, tap the
  5. Tap Auto messages.
  6. Under the Scheduled tab, turn off the toggle next to the relevant Automated Message.
This specific Automated Message will not be sent to the guest.
Reactivate the Automated Message by turning the toggle back on. Learn how to cancel all Automated Messages for this reservation.
