Mobile App: Stopping an Automated Message from Being Sent to a Guest
You can cancel the sending of a specific Automated Message to a guest through the Mobile App. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty Mobile App.
- From the blue banner at the bottom, tap the envelope icon.
- Tap the relevant message thread.
- At the top right, tap the icon.
- Tap Auto messages.
- Under the Scheduled tab, turn off the toggle next to the relevant Automated Message.
This specific Automated Message will not be sent to the guest.
