You can cancel the sending of all scheduled Automated Messages for a specific reservation through the Mobile App. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty Mobile App.
- From the blue banner at the bottom, tap the envelope icon.
- Tap the relevant message thread.
- At the top right, tap the icon.
- Tap Auto messages.
- Under the Scheduled tab, turn off the All guest auto messages toggle.
Note:
Automated Messages will not be sent to the guest for this reservation.
Tip:
Reactivate the reservation's Automated Messages by turning the toggle back on. Want to control which particular messages will be canceled? Learn more.
