Mobile App: Canceling a reservation's Automated Messages

You can cancel the sending of all scheduled Automated Messages for a specific reservation through the Mobile App. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty Mobile App.
  2. From the blue banner at the bottom, tap the envelope icon.
  3. Tap the relevant message thread.
  4. At the top right, tap the
    icon.
  5. Tap Auto messages.
  6. Under the Scheduled tab, turn off the All guest auto messages toggle.
Note:
Automated Messages will not be sent to the guest for this reservation.
Tip:
Reactivate the reservation's Automated Messages by turning the toggle back on. Want to control which particular messages will be canceled? Learn more.
