Filters and Columns Best Practices

Several sections of the Guesty dashboard feature filters and columns to help organize information for viewing and sharing. Get the most out of them with the following tips.

General Tips

  • Two very useful filters are Active and Listed. Only active listings are managed by Guesty and only Listed listings are visible on the relevant booking channel.

Specific Tips


  • To view multi-units, you can add a "Listing Type" filter and set it to Multi-Unit. You can also add a "Picture" column. Multi-units will have a blue circle around their picture.
