Use Advanced Analytics to view in-depth analytical data of reviews that have been posted by guests. See data and reply to reviews for reservations received via the Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo direct connections. Follow the instructions below to submit a reply.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Analytics.
- Under "Dashboards" on the left, select Reviews.
- In the "Filters" sidebar on the right, add any relevant filters to narrow down your search.
We recommend setting the "Review Overall Rating" filter for your chosen threshold, such as > 7.5, and the "Replied Review" filter as No.
Learn how to save the set of filters for quick access. - In the center panel under "Reviews Data", find the relevant item in the "Review ID" column. Copy the review ID(s).
This section holds all the data related to every review, for example the guest's name, the reservation confirmation code, the public review, and the ratings received for each category. Additionally, clicking an item in the "Reservation ID" column opens the reservation in Guesty.
- Copy the relevant Review ID(s).
- In the "Filters" sidebar on the right, click the pencil icon. Uncheck the box to ensure all Review IDs are removed from the filter, then paste in the Review ID(s) you want to filter for.
- Click OK.
- Click to refresh the page.
The items selected will be reflected in the Reviews Data section.
- Scroll down to "Reply to the review".
- Enter your reply in the text box.
- Click Submit.
Replies can be submitted for reviews that contain text. For Airbnb reservations, you can reply within 30 days of the guest posting the review.
