If there are people helping you with your business, you can create a user for them in Guesty to communicate and grant access to specific features.
When you add a user, you'll need their email address to communicate with them. For instance, your cleaning team will receive notifications for their tasks. If you see an error message that says "email address used in a different Guesty account. Please choose a different email", this means the email is already linked to another Guesty account.
To resolve this, you can either ask the user to contact the admin of the other account and have the email removed, or you can modify their email slightly. Just add "+1" before the "@" in the email. For example, change "rainbow@guesty.com" to "rainbow+1@guesty.com".
The user will continue using the original email for their first Guesty account ("rainbow@guesty.com") and the modified one for the second account ("rainbow+1@guesty.com"), but all messages will be delivered to the same inbox.
