Booking.com error message: Another listing is identical or has the same name or address

You can publish listings from Guesty to Booking.com at any time. If you receive this error message when doing so, another Booking.com listing already exists with the same name and/or address. To troubleshoot this issue, follow the steps below.

Update the listing's title

Follow these steps.

Retry publishing the listing

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  3. Click Distribution.
  4. Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
  5. Select the relevant account.
  6. To the right of the relevant listing, click the dropdown next to "Failed" and click Retry.
If the same error appears, then the issue is with the listing address. Please contact us for further assistance.
