You can publish listings from Guesty to Booking.com at any time. If you receive this error message when doing so, another Booking.com listing already exists with the same name and/or address. To troubleshoot this issue, follow the steps below.

- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the Booking.com thumbnail.
- Click the relevant account.
- To the right of the relevant listing, click the dropdown next to "Failed" and select Retry.
If the same error appears, then the issue is with with the listing address. Please contact us for further assistance.
