Every entity in Guesty, such as a listing or booking channel account, has an internal ID. You may be asked to provide this number when contacting us. Follow the instructions below to locate the Guesty ID for a booking channel account.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the thumbnail of the booking channel with the account for which you are trying to locate the ID.
- Click that account.
- The account ID is the string of characters after "/listings/" in the URL web address of your browser.
