Overriding a listing’s minimum nights for specific dates via the calendar

When you create a listing, you set its base price (weekday or weekend) and default minimum nights.

Minimum nights are the number of nights required to make a reservation. They are calculated based on the guest's chosen check-in date. The number of minimum nights for each date is seen next to the moon icon in the Multi Calendar. You can change the default minimum nights for a specific date or range of dates, superseding the default minimum nights.

Once you make to override, the changes will be updated in all connected booking channels

Follow the instructions below to change a listing's minimum night for a specific amount of time.

  • Make sure the minimum number of nights you are setting isn't higher than the default maximum nights for the listing. Otherwise, the calendar will be unavailable for booking in your connected booking channels.
  • Make sure the minimum number of nights you set adheres to the minimum night regulations of the connected booking channels. For example, some booking channels may only allow long-term stays in particular locations.
