Create a rental agreement template that guests can fill in and sign electronically prior to their arrival. You can send rental agreements to guests manually or automatically. You'll be notified when a guest has completed the agreement by an automated line generated in the guest conversation thread in the Inbox. At any point, you have the option to check the status of a guest rental agreement following the steps below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Guest experience mode.
- Click Documents and select Status report from the drop-down menu.
The status is displayed in a column to the right of the corresponding guest. Statuses are: Sent, Viewed, Completed, and Failed.
