When sending a message to a guest in the Guesty Inbox via Airbnb, HTML formatting is not supported. Therefore, file attachments such as images, PDFs, or Word/Excel documents cannot be sent in guest messages.
As a workaround, send attachments directly to the guest's private email from the Guesty Inbox. See step-by-step instructions here to update the guest's primary email address.
