Airbnb does not support HTML formatting in their messages. When sending a message to a guest, HTML formatting is stripped out, making links unclickable.
As a workaround, send a message with clickable links directly to the guest's private email from the Guesty Inbox. See step-by-step instructions here to update the guest's primary email address.
