If you have been provided with the correct email address, you can send an email to Airbnb via Guesty through the Integration page.
Once you initiate a new conversation with Airbnb, responses from response@airbnb.com will reach a dedicated section in the Inbox, and will also be forwarded to the forwarding email of the relevant account.
If you have not been provided with an email address for Airbnb, contact Airbnb Support through their Help Center.
Follow the instructions below to initiate a conversation with Airbnb through the Integration page.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the Airbnb thumbnail.
- To the right of the relevant account, click the envelope icon.
- In the top right, click Send an email as.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- Click Send.
