Your Guesty account's name shows up as the sender in any message sent from the Guesty inbox to a guest’s private email for reservations created manually in Guesty and reservations made through the Guesty Booking Engine. You can update your Guesty account name at any time. Follow the instructions below.
ֿStep by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Setup mode.
- Click Account settings
- In the menu to the left, make sure that Account settings is selected.
- Under "Account name" in the "Account profile" section, enter the new account name.
For messages sent via a channel platform, the sender name that guests see is controlled in the booking channel, not in Guesty. You can change the name in your account on the respective booking channel, or reach out to the channel’s support team for assistance.
