Activating Auto Response

Ensure each and every Airbnb guest inquiry is met with a quick reply by using Guesty's Auto Response feature. Control the content of the message by using the default text or writing a customized message. You can also control the length of the waiting period before the message is delivered. Please note that the Auto Response feature for multi-units is managed via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings. Follow the instructions below to activate the Auto Response feature.

  1. Set up Auto Response templates before activating the feature.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top menu, click Listings.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. In the listing's menu, click Automation.
  6. From the drop-down, select Auto Response.
  7. Under "Automated Response", turn on the Active all toggle.

Note:

Turning on the Active all toggle will only activate the features previously selected while setting up the Auto Response templates.
