Important:
Auto Response templates must be set up before activating the feature.
Ensure each and every Airbnb guest inquiry is met with a quick reply by using Guesty's Auto Response feature.
You can control the content of the message by using the default text or writing a customized message, as well as, the length of the waiting period before the message is delivered.
Follow the instructions below to activate the Auto Response feature.
Note:
If the listing is a multi-unit, templates are created via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings.
Auto Response feature for multi-units are also managed via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings, and the template will automatically apply to all sub-units.
Since we are still deploying our new dashboard, follow the instructions for "Legacy navigation" if your search bar is in a blue line above the top navigation bar.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Automation, then select Auto Response.
- Switch on the toggles of the desired Auto Responses.
- Fill in the required information under each Auto response. Click Save.
- Switch on the "Activate Auto Response" toggle.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Automation, then select Auto Response.
- Switch on the toggles of the desired Auto Responses.
- Fill in the required information under each Auto response. Click Save.
- Switch on the "Activate Auto Response" toggle.
