You can create a check-in form template and send it to guests to gather information prior to their arrival. Once the guest fills out the form, you can view the details collected in different areas of the Guesty dashboard - the reservation page, under "Summary", "Guest" and "Travel information" and the Inbox's reservation widget and guest widget. Follow the instructions below to access the widgets.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
. - In the left side-bar, select Guests inbox.
- On the left, click the relevant guest.
