You can edit your Auto Payment rules at any time. Follow the instructions bellow.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing:
- For a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings. The change will be applied to the sub-units.
- In the listing's menu, click Pricing & Policies.
- Select Auto Payments from the drop-down.
- On the right-hand side, click the relevant payment rule to edit it.
- Click Save.
- Read the information in the pop-up and click Yes if you want to apply the changes to existing reservations retroactively.
The new Auto Payment rule will apply to all reservations confirmed after the change is made.
Note:
Reservations that have had their payments handled manually, such as collecting a payment manually, editing a scheduled Auto Payment, or canceling a scheduled Auto Payment, are no longer recognized as Auto Payment reservations. Alterations made to Auto Payment rules will not apply to these reservations retroactively.
