You can request a callback from one of our Customer Solutions Specialists via your Guesty dashboard and a member of the team will be in touch within 15 minutes. Requesting a callback is a great way to contact us regarding urgent matters or emergencies that require a quick response from our team. Follow the instructions to request a callback.
Step by Step:
Sign in to your
Guesty account. On the top-right of your screen, click the
question mark icon to open the help widget. Scroll down to the bottom of the widget.
Contact us. Click
Request a Callback. Enter a subject and a description of your callback request.
Under "Phone Number", select your country from the drop-down.
Enter your phone number.
