You can view and manage all of your multi-unit listings and reservations in one place using Guesty's Multi-Calendar. Manually change the nightly rates for specific dates at a multi-unit property, and the change will automatically apply to all sub-units. Follow the instructions below or watch our video.
Note:
As the nightly rate must be the same on all sub-units, rates are not editable per sub-unit individually. Learn more.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Multi-Calendar.
- Next to the relevant multi-unit listing, click and drag the dates on the calendar to select them.
- In the sidebar on the right, enter a new rate under "Nightly rate".
- If you're using Guesty's Rate Strategy feature with this listing, select the "Override rate strategy" checkbox in the sidebar to be able to manually override the automatic pricing rules for these dates.
- At the top of the sidebar, click Save.
