Activating a listing

You can activate or deactivate your listing at any time.
Once "PMS Features" are activated, Guesty will manage the listing, and billing for the listing will start.

Note:

After activating the PMS Features for a new listing, check that it is also listed in the booking channels.

Note:

When activating a multi-unit listing via its main settings, you will be prompted to choose whether or not it should apply to all the listing's sub-units. Click Yes or No.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. If the listing is a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings to activate the entire listing or click a sub-unit to activate it individually. Learn how to do this here.
  6. In the listing's menu, click Settings.
  7. Under General, turn the PMS Features toggle on.
  8. Once a listing has been activated, check that it is "Listed" in Guesty, to ensure that it appears on the connected booking channels.
