Activating a Listing

You can activate or deactivate listings at any time.
Once activated, Guesty will manage the listing, and billing for the listing starts.

Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

Note:

When activating a multi-unit listing via its main settings, you will be prompted to choose whether or not it should apply to all the listing's sub-units. Click Yes or No.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Listings.
  3. Click the relevant listing.
  4. If the listing is a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings to activate the entire listing or click a sub-unit to activate it individually. Learn how to do this here.
  5. In the listing's menu, click Settings.
  6. Under General, turn the PMS Features toggle on.
  7. Once a listing has been activated, check that it is "Listed" in Guesty, to ensure that it appears on the connected booking channels.
