You can view and manage all of your multi-unit listings and reservations in one place using Guesty's Multi-Calendar, including overriding the minimum number of nights required for a booking in the listing, for some specific dates.
You can choose either to:
- Override the minimum nights for the whole multi-unit, including all of its related sub-units.
- Override the minimum nights for just a specific sub-unit, available only when the sub-unit is published as a stand-alone single unit in the channel (see more details below).
Overriding the minimum nights: Multi-unit level
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Multi-Calendar icon
.
- Next to the relevant multi-unit listing, click and drag to select a date range on the calendar.
- Adjust the date range in the upper part of the right sidebar that you'd like to apply a different minimum nights (if needed).
- Click Override min nights or rates.
- Click the Override minimum nights checkbox, then edit the number of minimum nights.
- Make sure this number adheres to the minimum night regulations of the connected booking channels. For example, some booking channels may only allow long-term stays in particular locations.
Overriding the minimum nights: A specific sub-unit
You can override the minimum dates for a specific sub-unit, only when:
- The sub-unit is published as a single unit on a channel (unattached to a multi-unit).
Important:
- If you manually change the minimum nights for just a specific sub-unit, any changes to the minimum dates made on the multi-unit level, via third-party pricing tools connected to the listing, or in the rate strategy won't affect the sub-unit's minimum nights values.
- If you detach a sub-unit from a multi-unit, the sub-unit will become a stand-alone single-unit, pulling the values of the previous sub-unit, (including any manual changes made to the minimum nights on the sub-unit's level) from the moment the detachment occurs.
Step by step
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Multi-Calendar icon
.
- To the right of the relevant multi-unit listing, click the down arrow to reveal its sub-units.
- Next to the relevant sub-unit listing, click and drag the dates on the calendar to select them.
- Click Override min nights or rates.
- Click the Override minimum nights checkbox, then edit the number of minimum nights.
- Make sure this number adheres to the minimum night regulations of the connected booking channels. For example, some booking channels may only allow long-term stays in particular locations.
