Changing a Multi-Unit's Minimum Nights via Multi-Calendar

Have more questions? Submit a request
You can view and manage all of your multi-unit listings and reservations in one place using Guesty's Multi-Calendar, including changing the number of minimum nights for specific dates at a multi-unit property, with the changes automatically apply to all sub-units published under the multi-unit.
For sub-units that are published to channels directly as a single unit, you have the option to update the sub-unit's minimum night value, noting the following:
  • Once you manually change minimum nights on a sub-unit, this value will be published to the channel and not overridden by changes made on the multi-unit or rate strategy level.
  • If you detach a sub-unit from a multi-unit, the single-unit will take the sub-unit values (including any manual changes to minimum nights) from the moment the detachment occurs.

Update Sub-unit Only

  2. In the top menu, click Multi-Calendar.
  3. To the right of the relevant multi-unit listing, click the down arrow to reveal its sub-units.

  7. At the top of the sidebar, click Save.

Important:

Once you manually change the minimum nights on a sub-unit, this value will be published to the channel and cannot be overridden by changes made on the multi-unit, Rate Strategy level, or third-party pricing tools connected to the listing.
