Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- On the top-right of your screen, click the question mark icon to open the help widget.
- In the widget, enter your search terms or keywords.
- Click Contact us.
- Select Live chat.
- Under "Issue topic", select a relevant topic from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your message in the text box.
- Click Start chat.

Add an attachment by clicking the paper clip icon before typing your chat message.
