When connecting an Airbnb account to Guesty, you have the option to replace your Airbnb email address with your new Guesty integration email address. This can be done by signing in to your Airbnb account. Follow the instructions below.

- Sign in to your Airbnb account.
- In the top right corner, click the profile icon.
- From the drop-down, click Account.
- Click the Personal info thumbnail.
- Next to Email Address, click Edit.
- Replace the original email address with your @user.guesty.com email address.
- Note: Emails with diacritic or accents are not supported in the integration email.
- Click Save.
Tip:
An integration email address is what enables the flow of communication between a booking channel's messaging platform and Guesty. Keep in mind that emails with diacritic or accents are not supported in the integration email.
