Sending a Saved Reply from the Inbox

Communicate with your guests with ease using Guesty's Inbox. You can add an internal note to a guest's conversation for you and your team, choose how to send a message to a guest, and send pre-saved responses to answer frequently asked questions quickly! You can even add personalized information automatically to your Saved Replies. Once you've created a Saved Reply, follow the instructions below to send a saved reply from the Inbox. 

Step by step:


Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Inbox.
  3. From the drop-down, click Guests Inbox.
  4. Under All conversations on the left side, click the relevant message thread.
  5. Below the opened conversation thread, click Type your message here.
    1. Choose which platform to send the message through under "Type your message here".
  6. Click the Speech bubble icon next to the blue "Send" button.
  7. In the pop-up, select the relevant Saved Reply.
  8. Click Send.
