Communicate with your guests with ease using Guesty's Inbox. You can add an internal note to a guest's conversation for you and your team, choose how to send a message to a guest, and send pre-saved responses to answer frequently asked questions quickly! You can even add personalized information automatically to your Saved Replies. Once you've created a Saved Reply, follow the instructions below to send a saved reply from the Inbox.
Step by step:
Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Inbox.
- From the drop-down, click Guests Inbox.
- Under All conversations on the left side, click the relevant message thread.
- Below the opened conversation thread, click Type your message here.
- Choose which platform to send the message through under "Type your message here".
- Click the Speech bubble icon next to the blue "Send" button.
- In the pop-up, select the relevant Saved Reply.
- Click Send.
